The mark consists of a treasure chest within a circle with a dark gradient near the bottom. Lighter near the top. The lid of the treasure chest is open and a baby sits inside wearing a shirt, holding beads in one hand and a bottle in the other. Beside and in front of the treasure chest is another baby, wearing a shirt with matching ribbon in her hair, and a diaper. She appears to be welcoming with an outstretched hand. The baby's lower torso sits on the outside of the circle and in front of her within the circle is a pacifier, and just outside the circle is a baby bottle, lying on its side.
