"CHICAGO"
The mark consists of a form resembling a rectangle but with the two bottom corners curved and not square angles. The middle of the bottom edge is a small point downward, pointing outside the rectangle. The outside border is light blue. There interior of the form in dark blue. The following is on the dark blue background of the form: at the top of the form on the dark blue background is the word "CHICAGO" in all capital, white letters. Below "CHICAGO" are the words "RED STARS" in all capital, red letters, smaller than the "CHICAGO" lettering above "RED STARS". Below "RED STARS", also on the dark blue background, is a white rectangle with a light blue border with square corners at the top two corners and following the curved contour of the bottom of the form at its bottom corners. Inside the white rectangle are two, wavy, horizontal light blue stripes, one above the other, across the white rectangle, leaving white space above the top stripe, below the bottom stripe, and between the two stripes. Imposed in the center of the white rectangle is a symmetrical, red, star shape with six points. This centered, red star has a white border, and a second light blue border outside the white border where the centered, red star is overlaying the white background of the rectangle. The border of the centered, red star meets the bottom and top light blue border of the white rectangle, and the remaining four points of the centered, red star overlap into the light blue, wavy stripes, two on the top light blue wavy stripe, and two on the bottom light blue, wavy stripe. To the right of that centered, red star are two identical but smaller red stars in the white area of the rectangle between the two light blue, wavy stripes, and another two stars are to the left of the center star identical to those on the left and also in a white space between the two blue, wavy stripes.
