"FOUNDATION"
The mark consists of the wording "BODHI FOUNDATION" and design. The design consists of concentric circles. At the center are three comet-like shapes, round and ball-like at one end with a tapering tail end, moving clockwise. They are close but not touching, so there is a thin three-pronged swirl in the center and the comet-like shapes form a circular shape. Surrounding that is a thick circular line of empty space. Surrounding that is a thick circular band with 8 identical shapes spread evenly throughout. These miscellaneous designs have the overall shape of 3 pointed petals forming a Y-shape. Surrounding that circular band is a thin circular line of empty space and then a thin circular line. Surrounding those circular lines is a wide band. There is a shaded dot at the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions, dividing this layer into two arcs. Across the top arc is written 5 Chinese characters. Across the lower portion of the arc of this band is the wording "BODHI FOUNDATION". A thin line makes up the outermost circle, on which eight shapes are spread out evenly like spokes. Every other shape, starting at the 12 o'clock position, look like three balls stacked in a pyramid shape, with inverted arcs that cut into the balls. The other four look like single balls with two short inverted arcs forming a V-shape that cut into the balls.
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "PU TI JI JIN HUI" and this means BODHI FOUNDATION in English.
