The mark consists of A circular seal imposed upon a bi-colored rectangular background. The rectangular background is bi-colored. The top half of the rectangle that forms the background for the mark is colored black. The bottom half of the rectangle that forms the background for the mark is colored midnight blue. The two background colors fade into each other as they meet in the middle. The circular seal that encompasses the mark is composed of two circular rings. The outer circle is a band colored in a lighter shade of black with the words "FLORIDA PATROL" (in white lettering, all caps, Arial font) centered at the top of the outer circle, and the words "CUSTOM PROTECTION OFFICER" (in white lettering, all caps, Arial font) centered at the bottom of the outer circle. The background color of the inner circle is light blue.
