The color(s) red, black, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
"RIDERS"
The mark consists of the wording "979" and "RYDAZ" and a design. The design consists first of flame designs that resemble pin striping decals or tribal tattoos. The flames emanate from the word "RYDAZ" at the bottom of the mark, spread outward in an oval shape, and then nearly rejoin below the wording "979" at the top of the mark. Within the flame design, there is a space containing a motorcycle and rider, and below that, a silhouette of a woman holding a motorcycle helmet. The color black comprises the outlines of all wording and designs, and makes up the color of the silhouette design. The color red appears as filling in the wording "979" and "RYDAZ." The color white appears as filling within the motorcycle design. All other white in the mark is merely transparent background space.
The stippling is a feature of the mark.
The name(s), portrait(s), and/or signature(s) shown in the mark does not identify a particular living individual.
