The color(s) black, brown, white, gray, light blue, green, light green, beige, and yellow is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a drawn graphic of a tree: the brown trunk showing from the left boundary of the mark, with a horizontal branch extending one third of the way down the mark. The top portion of the tree shows from the top boundary of the mark, and consists of a green portion of leaves, drawn over by some lighter green leaves. On the branch extending from the trunk of the tree, there are two small bunches of green leaves: one at the end of the extending branch, and another at the end of a smaller branch extending off of the top of the branch. Hanging from the branch is a tire swing. On the yellow rope holding the tire swing to the branch there is a small beige plank of wood, with has the word "Lil'" written in gray/blue lettering with a thin black outline. Below the word, a black tire is hanging, and also representing the "O" in "Orphans". Hanging to the right of the tire swing, there are two more yellow ropes. They are holding two more larger beige wooden planks, hanging one above the other. The top wooden plank has the word "Tree" written in with the letters "T" and the first "e" in light blue lettering, and the "r" and second "e" written in gray/blue lettering. The second "e" in "Tree" is written on a small piece of parchment backwards, and tacked to the wooden plank by two small gray nails. The wooden plank that hangs below that, holds the word "rphans". (This completes the word "OrpHaNs". The "O" is represented by the black tire.) The letters "r', "H", and "N" are written in light blue lettering, and the letters "p", "A", and "s" are written in gray/blue lettering. The "p" and "s" are written on other small wooden boards, and tacked onto the wooden plank with small gray nails. In the crook of the extending branch and the smaller extending branch there is a small yellow birds nest.
