The mark consists of an image of a scroll with Hebrew wording on an unrolled portion of the scroll, and having a tied bundle of barley stalks appearing on each rolled portion of the scroll; the scroll being positioned in front of a sword that extends from upper-left to lower-right and a quiver containing arrows and an archery bow extending from upper-right to lower-left; the scroll, sword, and quiver being positioned over a large circle design with the wording "TORAH DEFENSE FORCE IT IS WRITTEN" along an outer perimeter region of the large circle, the wording being located outboard of a thin circular line; and a smaller circular design positioned above the scroll, against the background of the large circle design, the small circle design consisting of the sliver of a new moon with the top portions of three barley stalks superimposed over the dark portion of the moon.
