The mark consists of a cartoonish character depicting a man on a horse, holding a moneybag with the letters "WB" on the bag. Above the man is a banner, with the words "Wild Bill's RIB RUB" written across it. "The banner is rectangular at the ends but bulges in the center, rounding outward. Wild Bill's" is in a curled, stylized font, with five-pointed stars over the lowercase 'i's' in both words, used in place of the dots. Five-pointed stars also appear to the left and right of the horse's body.
