The mark consists of a die-cut that forms the shape of an upside-down "T"; however, the design includes a rippling effect so not all of the sides of the "T" are completely straight. At the top of the Label is the logo "D4". There is a depiction of liquid flowing out of the top of the "4", which forms four droplets that appear in the middle of the label at descending heights. The last droplet makes a splash at the bottom of the label, which is the horizontal portion of the upside-down "T" and represents a puddle of the same liquid substance that is pouring out of the "4". Underneath the pool of liquid is the name of the wine ("FUSION 2006"). The vertical portion of the "T" has a symmetrical pattern in the background, which is made of the text form of "D4".
