The color(s) teal, purple, white and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the name "FlutterEyes" written in Edwardian Script ITC, with the "Flutter" component in teal and the "Eyes" component in purple. Centered above the name "FlutterEyes" is a stylized drawing of an open eye with long upper and lower eyelashes, looking towards the right. The lashes and the lines defining the eyelids are purple. The curved lines representing the upper and lower eyelids do not intersect at the corners of the eye. The outline of the iris, consisting of two non-intersecting arcs, is black. The line of the right arc is thicker than the left arc. The iris is filled in on the left half with teal, curved slightly inward at the center to represent the curvature of the eye. The right half of the iris is filled in with white. The pupil is represented by a black circle in the center of the iris that has a small white circle placed over it on the left side to represent a highlight. There is a small wedge of white on the teal half of the iris along the bottom corner of the black arc. The white of the eye is filled in with white that bleeds into the background of the image at the open corners of the eyelids.
