Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of Two overlapping letters "N", placed at an about 55° upward angle, each with a curved flourish at the start and end of the letter as written in a single stroke, with the second letter parallely offset upwards from the roughly 55° baseline of the first letter. In each letter, beginning left to right (and upwards), the curved flourish begins with a thick line, transitions in the curve to a narrow line, which transitions to a narrow, largely straight upward line, which transitions sharply to a thick downward stroke, which transitions sharply to a narrow, largely straight upward line, which then transitions into a flourish that substantially mirrors the first flourish. The two letters are in different tones or colors. The letters are intertwined, such that the first upward stroke of the first letter passes under the first flourish of the second, the first downward stroke of the first letter passes over the first upward stroke of the second, the second upward stroke of the first letter passes under the first downward stroke of the second, and the second flourish of the first letter passes over the second upward stroke of the second.
