The mark consists of a slightly skewed rectangle containing the word "Snapperdo". The "S" is considerably larger than "napperdo" and it is almost as tall as the rectangle. The word "Snapperdo" is in an "old west saloon" font, and is orange with a very thin black outline, within a thin white outline. Both of the "p"s have grill forks making up the tail of the "p"s. Underneath the word "Snapperdo" is an orange outline of a long rectangle. Within the rectangle are the words "BAR B QUE SAUCE". The plate is white, and the ribs are an array of shades of brown, with black grill marks on them.
