The center of the mark or logo are texts that depict the founding principals of the agency "INTEGRITY, FREEDOM, KNOWLEDGE, JUSTICE" each sparated by two stars. The stars form a triangle. The center of mark also depicts the lady justice holding a sword in her right and and the scales of justice in her left hand. Below at the foot of the lady justice are the initials "OSI" the acronym for the agency "OFFICE OF SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS" and on either side of the lady justice are laurel leaves.
