The mark consists of a circle background cut out by a flying eagle at the top right and mountain peaks below, forming a semi-circle appearance. The eagle cutout is in flight with wings spread and the upper wing is slightly higher than the circular background where its feathers are outlined. The mountain cutout starts in the middle half of the circular background. The mountain peaks are slightly higher on the left side and gradually decrease in height as they span across to the right side. Below the space cut out from the mountains, the words "Eagle Rock Landscaping" appear.
