The mark consists of a design and a literal element wherein the design, more commonly referred to as "Caduceus," consists of a staff in gold color with a pair of gray wings at its upper portion and two serpents in gold color whose serpentine bodies are intertwined along the vertical length of the staff and whose heads face each other at the upper portion of the staff, and wherein further the design element is located to the right of the literal element consisting of the words "AMERICAN HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION" all in upper case letters and appearing as one word over the other, where the words "AMERICAN HEALTH CARE" appear in the color red, and the word "FOUNDATION" appears in the color gray, and where the literal element and the design element both appear on separate white rectangular backgrounds that in turn are superimposed upon a larger, gray-colored rectangular background.
