"The color(s) light and dark brown (multiple shades), light and dark green (multiple shades), dark beige, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark."
"The mark consists of the word "jealous" in lower case letters located above the word "brother" in upper case letters; both words are displayed in the aharoni font and directly correlate to the website www.jealousbrother.com. Within the word "brother" the background color navy blue protrudes a third of the way up the letter with a small space between the navy blue color and the white color that fills up the remaining space of the letters. Directly to the right of the words is a design of two white male character heads with no bodies in cartoon style, one representing a younger brother known as Ryan and the other representing an older brother known as Benny. The younger brother has a look of jealousy or frustration on his face and the older brother has a look of satisfaction on his. The younger brothers (character on the left) hair color (hair on head and eyebrows) consists of two shades of dark brown, his eyes consist of two different shades of green and one shade of white, with his pupils being dark green, his iris's being light green, and his sclera being white. His skin color can be best identified as dark beige and there is a light green shadowing effect throughout his face. The older brothers (character on right) hair color (hair on head, eyebrows, and goatee) consists of two shades of light brown, his eyes consist of two different shades of green and one shade of white, with his pupils being dark green, his iris's being light green, and his sclera being white. He has white teeth and his skin color can be best identified as dark beige; there is also a light green shadowing effect throughout his face. The navy blue background is not considered to be a feature of the mark; it was left in place to correctly display the words "jealous brother" which would not be viewable on a white background and the navy blue color within the word brother will change along with whatever background color is used."
