The color(s) yellow, green, blue, and gray is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a yellow half circle at the bottom left of the drawing from which five waves emanate. The first two waves are green and point in the direction of the top of the drawing. The second two waves contain the colors yellow, green and blue (in that order away from the semi-circle) and point more in the direction of the righthand side of the drawing. The fifth wave also contains the colors of yellow, green and blue in that order and is significantly longer than the other waves. It points directly at the righthand side of the drawing and has five smaller waves which appear above and below the fifth wave. The first wave is on top of the fifth wave, is blue, and arches downward. The second wave is also on top, is shorter than the other waves, is gray, and arches upward. The third wave is longer than the rest, is straight at first, then arches downward and extends beyond the fifth wave emanating from the semi-circle. The third wave appears below the fifth wave, is green and blue, and arches downward. The fifth wave appears below also, is gray, and arches downward.
