THE PROCESS, SERVICE OFFERING AND COMPANY WILL BE BRANDED, LABELED, RECOGNIZED AND OPERATE UNDER A NUMBER OF ENTITY'S WHICH INCLUDE "PIC ON APPAREL" AND "PIC WEAR". THE INTERPRETATION OF THE WORD "PIC", IN OUR CASE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS, IS USED FOR, AND WILL STAND FOR, THE WORD "PICTURE". THE WORD "PICTURE" IN OUR CASE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS, SHALL REPRESENT ANY IMAGE AS PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED ABOVE.
40 We are seeking to trade mark a process and method of taking any digital image, including, but not limited to, a photograph, logo, picture or text, and reproducing said image, in near picture perfect quality, onto a custom made patch type apparatus we create Said patch with it's corresponding image or picture embedded on it will then be sewn by us on to any number of articles of clothing and apparel chosen by the consumer, including, but not limited to, hats, scarves, caps, socks, gloves and shirts The process, service offering and company will be branded, labeled, recognized and operate under a number of entity's which include "Pic On Apparel" and "Pic Wear" The interpretation of the word "Pic", in our case and business operations, is used for, and will stand for, the word "Picture" The word "Picture" in our case and business operations, shall represent any image as previously identified above
