The word "National" is on top and "Summit of Mining Communities" is on a slight curve on the next line, with the words "too tough to die" below this line, all are purple and all within the blue sky. Below that are yellow mountains with white caps and next to them are two evergreen trees in the semi-foreground with a brown wooden mining structure ; slightly behind and to the right are green and black trees.
