The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, red, black, and white.
The mark consists of cursive "C" reversed out of a (PMS 186) red and black square in white. The top 2/3 of the square is red with the bottom 1/3 of the square being black. The cursive C breaks the plane of the square on the left and right sids and in doing so separates the red and black while also giving the logo mark a sense of motion and energy. Logo font is Galliard Bold. Cherokee Bank is set in all Caps with a large C. The R in Cherokee and the K in bank are both stylized with elongated descenders. The logo font is futher enhanced with the use of a black underline. The underline is broken by the descender in the letter R.
