"BUILDERS, INC."
The mark consists of "Arience Builders, Inc.", which portrays the letter "A" of the word "Arience" as a stylized sketched drawing of a compass. The overall compass color is black, with a thin solitary gray line centered and traveling vertically on each leg of the compass. The legs are held in place by a black circular hinge that contains a smaller inner circle colored in gray. Above the hinge is a connecting piece with the lower part in black and the top part in grey. At the apex, above the grey connecting piece, there is handle knob (for holding the compass), which is outlined in black, with red interior. There is a solid black horizontal line extending for the inner side of the right leg, close to, but not touching, the inner side of the left leg. The left leg of the compass has inserted into a black fastener, a yellow pencil with the interior of the pencil containing two black lines centered and traveling vertically along the pencil. The pointed tip of the pencil is also black. The black pointed tip of the pencil rests at or on the left point of an elongated black oval and the point of the right leg of the compass rests approximately one-quarter of the distance from the right tip of the elongated black oval; however, the resting place of the right leg point is at a slight v-shaped notch in the elongated oval. From the tip of the pencil on the left leg, there is an arc line traveling from the left tip of the elongated oval, through the center of the said black and grey circular hinge, and further continuing to approximately 2:00 p.m. to the right side of (i.e., next to, not on) the right leg of the compass. The arc is narrow at the beginning, widens at the center, and narrows again as ends at 2:00 p.m., at approximately the same narrowness as it began at the pencil point.
The wording "ARIENCE" has no meaning in a foreign language.
