The mark consists of a pediment like that of a temple supported by three columns - the top of the pediment looks like the top of an isosceles triangle with a complete isosceles triangle outlined underneath - -- as noted above, the pediment is supported by three columns - the left hand column consists of bricks - the middle column is a rolled diploma, standing on one end and tied in the center with a ribbon and the right column has the design of a doric column - there is a line under the three columns beneath which the capital letters "NJEFA" in black with a shadow effect - there is a second line under these letters and above the words "New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority" in black split over two lines - under these words is a final line under which there are the words "building futures" .
