The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the goods and/or services provided have the designation for real estate agents who meet certain requirements, namely, passing a course and staying up to date on green real estate issues. Agents will, after meeting certain requirements and passing a course, be permitted to use the mark in their marketing materials such as, but not limited to, business cards and ads. The real estate professionals will have to keep current by passing an update course each year.
