The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, "Wet 'n Wild!" in multi-colored lettering (magenta, orange, yellow, green, blue) against black triangle background, yellow half moon against black triangle background, "Summer Nights" in white all cap lettering against black background .
The mark consists of a black triangle with a burnt orange ruffled border surrounding the triangle. The triangle leans to the left, the large side up. "Wet 'n Wild!" are written in alternating multi -colored lettering: each letter and punctuation a different color as follows: W- magenta e - green t - yellow ' - blue n - magenta W -orange i - blue l - green d - magenta ! - yellow with a yellow half moon at the bottom of the triangle. Mid-way across the triangle "SUMMER NIGHTS" is written in white letters, all caps, within a rectangular shape with blue borders and rounded edges. There are four squiggles or waves that cross the triangle. These are white with blue borders. The waves are in descending sizes: the largest runs across the top of the word "Wet'n", the second largest between the word's "Wet'n" and "Wild", the third largest over the "SUMMER NIGHTS" and the smallest under "SUMMER NIGHTS". .
