The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, gold, green, brown, tan, blue, gray, red, taupe.
The mark consists of a circular wreath of forest green fig leaves, the base of which is set behind a narrow gold banner on which the words 'Santidad A Jehova' are printed. The English translation of these words are 'Holiness to God'. The banner is shadow outlined in a shade of dark gray to black. A white Christian cross appears at the top of the wreath. All visible portions of the cross are outlined in a golden shadow. Just below the intersection of the arms of the cross appears an open Bible with the left facing page open to the Book of Psalms. A red, cloth bookmark, the middle of which is black, extends downward from the left facing pages of the Bible. The interior of the mark, which is framed by the wreath, depicts a desert oasis with light, mottled light brown and tan colored sand hills comprising the center of picture. The hills are arranged with three small, overlapping sand hills visible in the foreground of the oasis and three larger overlapping sand hills rise behind the smaller sand hills. A cobalt blue sky extends up from the hills to the top of the wreath. A palm tree extends upward from the small sand hill farthest to the left of the pictorial oasis, the trunk of which is taupe, the leaves of which are the same forest green color as the wreath. Tufts of forest green grass appear at the base of the palm tree. A mirror image palm tree extends upward from the farthest right small sand hill. A gold colored letter 'T' appears in the sky above the left palm tree, a gold letter 'E' rises from the summit of the large sand hill in the middle of the oasis, and a gold colored letter 'E' appears in the sky above the right palm tree. Each of the letters outlined in shadow.
The foreign wording in the mark translates into English as holiness to God.
