The mark consists of two cut-out areas, or "holes", the top borders of the "holes" slant downward toward the midline; a label in the center with the words "FLASH DARE!" on a "vee" shaped background, "FLASH" slants downward toward the midline and "DARE!" slants upward; a "vee" shaped fabric "ridge" line extending from the midline and slanting upward in both directions meeting two flaps, each affixed to the seat with a closure; parallel to the ridge line are two solid lines of stitching which extend from the label at the midline and slant upward in a "vee" shape.
