The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, while specific colors are not a factor in the mark. where & how color is used is important to the mark. in order for the mark to be valid, the color of the face of the first syllable (state), the second syllable (mynt) and the lower case abbreviation (co.) must exactly match the color or color combination of the silhouette of the United States. the color of the outline of the first syllable (state) shall be white. .
The mark consists of the mark features a solid silhouette of the United States as the background with the word "STATEMYNT" in the foreground printed in all caps. there is a space between the two syllables of the word STATEMENT. The first syllable (state) is printed in the foreground in all caps with a white outline across the lower portion of the background silhouette from coast-to-coast. The second syllable (mynt) is printed outside of the silhouette directly opposite the position of the first syllable (state). the abbreviation (co.) is in lower case letters and has a right justification under the letter (N) in the second syllable. The color of the face of the first syllable (state), the outline of the second syllable (mynt) and the abbreviation (co.) must exactly match the color or color combination of the silhouette of the United States.
