The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, this image will utilize a variety of colors, but not all at the same time, i.e. red, navy, green, black, silver, grey, gold, orange, white, brown, pink, yellow, and purple etc..
The mark consists of my design is a circle in the center with purple and green the word "SIBI" in the center of it, on each side of the circle are diamonds outlined with green. .
