The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the front half of a stuffed teddy bear, namely, the head, front legs and top portion of the teddy bear's body, placed on one end of a guitar strap and the back half of a stuffed teddy bear, namely, the lower half of the teddy bear's body, legs and tail, placed on the opposite end of the same guitar strap. The matter shown by the dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the placement and location of the mark.
