"the colors"
The mark consists of the trade dress configuration of a pair of dolls, one maleand one female, made from the seeds of adenanthera pavonia or abrus precatorious. The common trade dress facial features consist of two widely spaced round shaped eyes with large black irises rimmed by thin white crescents, a red round seed nose, and a white straight mouth. In addition, the trade dress for the female doll is comprised of the following: half of an off-white pistachio nut shell worn as a hat, natural fiber hair worn shortly fringed in front and hanging in a long pony-tail in the back, and a fiber skirt in green, yellow, red, orange, or light beige and tied below the waist with a matching colored fiber string creating a belled effect. The pair of dolls are connected by length of natural twine, one end of which is attached to the top of the male doll's head and the other end tied to the top of the female's pistachio nut hat. Between the figures and threaded by the same twine is a folded, pre-printed pastel blue card measuring 2 3/4 inches wide by 4 1/4 inches long..
