The mark consists of four sets of arcs, the first two sets of two arcs are vertical and intersect and terminate at the upward most point of each arc. The first two sets of arcs are parallel, mirror images of each other. These two sets of arcs are underneath two other sets of two arcs in the shape of a V. A small circle is located above the center of the V formed by the second two sets of arcs. The four sets of arcs and the small circle are the same shade and color, but different in shade and color than the background. The background also appears above and below the intersection of the arcs that form a V with each of the vertical arcs. Together these two sets of stylized arcs form the letters H, V, and C.
