The mark consists of the word "Codfather's" in black type in a curve in the upper portion of an egg-shaped oval that is outlined in blue on a red background. Below the word "Codfather's" is a cartoon image of the left side of a male fish wearing a black hat with a white band, a black tuxedo jacket and black bow tie and a white shirt having three black buttons. There is a red rose boutonniere with a white stem. The face of the fish is in ocher. The left eye of the fish is white with a black iris and the eye is outlined in black. The upper part of the left eye is partially blocked by the black rim of the hat. The fish is gripping a cone-shaped brown cigar between his eight teeth which teeth are white and are delineated by three black vertical lines. There is a red dot at the lit end of the cigar. The dorsal fin is outlined in black with multiple downwardly sloping horizontal black lines separating the dorsal fin into the colors of gold, yellow and ocher. The two side fins of the fish are in the color ocher and are delineated by black lines. The fish is standing upright on its tail which is outlined in black wit the tail with multiple downwardly sloping vertical black lines separating the dorsal fin into the colors of gold, yellow and ocher. Below the tail of the fish is the word "SEAFOOD" in black capital letters with the "S" and the "D" disposed substantially outside the egg-shaped oval. The words "...and more" are placed below the word "SEAFOOD" in black type and within the egg-shaped oval. There is an indication of waves in the color blue disposed in a crescent shape behind the fish from one side of the egg-shaped oval to the other side. The base of the waves continues outside the more pointed portion of the egg-shaped oval in blue which encompasses the "S" and the "D" of the word "SEAFOOD" and the bottom of the egg-shaped oval.
