The mark consists of a stylized coqui, a frog that is indigenous to Puerto Rico, that appears in the following colors: the upper part of the head, the outer portion of the lower parts of the fore legs, and the upper and outer portions of the hind legs appear in the color lime green; the eyes are red and orange with black pupils; the body is tan, shading toward pink on the jaw and lower abdomen; the feet are orange; the sides of the abdomen and the undersides of the upper parts of the fore legs are a medium shade of blue; a darker shade of blue outlines the upper sides of the upper parts of the fore legs, the inner sides of the lower parts of the fore legs, and the inner sides of the hind legs; highlights of lighter shades of green, red and orange are on the head, eyes, fore legs, hind legs and feet.
