The mark consists of a central light ray or beam of white enclosed by three vertical, wavy, parallel bands on both sides. The center, white band appears with a turquoise band on each side. The two outer bands on each side appear in shades of blue. A white orbit surrounds the bands, and the top halves of the bands have small, white spots on them. A blue, upwards arrow appears in the bottom of the central white band. The bands are enclosed in a blue circle with a yellow border which is encompassed in a larger purple circle with a black outline.
