Applicant herein confirms that, in accordance with the drawing provided herewith, the mark is directed to any amphibious vessel comprising a yellow canopy and blue hull. As is shown in the drawing, the size and shape of the vessel is of no importance. Similarly, the size, shape, and location of the indicia is of no importance, and may take the form of letters or a design, on the hood, rear, or sides of the vessel, for example. Inasmuch as color is a feature of the mark, the color employed by the vessel is designated on the drawing by means of conventional linings in accordance with the color lining system set forth in 37 C.F.R. ยง2.52(e). Namely, the grid of horizontal and vertical stripes is used to represent the yellow canopy, and the horizontal stripes are used to represent the blue hull.
