An arc, a 3/4 ring and a 3/4 circle. The arc (like a rainbow) encompasses the 3/4 ring and the 3/4 circle. The arc is wider at it's bases (3 parts wide) and tapers to it's apex (1 part wide). The arc is 27 parts wide and 11 parts high. The 3/4 ring and 3/4 circle are missing a quarter of their shape (like a piece cut out of a pie). The 2 Cicerone Eye Logos meet at their apexes to create 1 logo. They are back to back and inset 1 part sharing the apex space. Beneath the logo is the title "CICERONE" (in all caps) equal width to the above logo shape above. Beneath the title is the slogan "A SIGHT TO BE SEEN" (in all caps) equal width to the logo and the title.
