The mark consists of an animated character filed as a motion mark pursuant to 37 CFR Section 2.52(b)(3) and TMEP Section 807.11. The drawing depicts four freeze frames showing various points in the movement of the character. The mark appears as a one dimensional character with front and side points of movement being depicted in the freeze frames. From the front perspective the character appears flat, showing a face, torso, skirted legs, and feet; from the side perspective the character appears substantially as a line taking on a variety of shapes, with only portions of the head, torso, skirted legs and feet being visible. When the mark moves, side views of the character substantially appear as a line, while front and back views of the character substantially appear showing the face, torso, skirted legs, and feet. Four freeze fames are depicted in the drawing, including: (i) top left freeze frame depicting a front view of the animated character bending to the left; (ii) top right freeze frame depicting a partial side view of the animated character bending forward; (iii) bottom left freeze frame depicting a partial front view and side view of the animated character as the character is twisting and bending, depicting front views of the head, torso, legs (shown as skirted portion) and feet with a side view of the character's waist; and (iv) bottom right freeze frame depicting substantially a side view of the animated character as the character is taking on the shape of a square.
