Applicant's mark is utilized in conjunction with a particular logo design, which is being claimed by Applicant as a distinctive element of the overall mark. In particular, the mark includes two separate words - PACKAGE and PAVEMENT - which appear in a plain, block typeset. In addition, there appears a logo design consisting of a black-colored, block-letter "P", which appears inside a white-colored silhouette of the letter "P", which appears inside a black-colored circle, which in turn appears inside a white-colored ringed circle, which in turn appears inside a yellow-colored ringed circle, which in turn appears inside of a black-colored line circle.
