The motion feature of the mark consists of the static and a fanciful figure of a man with a hat or turban who rises upward out of the static, head first and up to halfway out of the screen while waving his right arm with open hand. While simultaneously waiving, the figure is moving its mouth. The figure then withdraws back into the screen disappearing entirely. Just after the figure disappears, the static also disappears vertically and horizontally, suggesting that the display screen was powered off. The drawing consists of five freeze frames showing the mark at various points in its movement.
