The mark comprises a product container of a three-dimensional rectangle. A seam circumvents the container approximately one quarter the distance up from the bottom. The bottom, top and two opposite side panels of the rectangle shaped container are reflective silver chrome. The remaining two opposite side panels of the rectangle shaped container are matte white. All six sides of the three dimensional rectangle shaped container are covered in a clear plastic coating. The wording "NINA RICCI" appears in the color silver chrome.
