The mark comprises a three dimensional product container. The bottom portion is square. The bottom and four side panels of the bottom square are covered in a clear plastic coating. Centered on top of the bottom square is a smaller flat square shaped platform with rounded edges, surrounded by a lower flat ledge made up by the outer edges of top face of the bottom square. Centered on top of the flat square shaped platform is a cylindrical tube with a slightly tapered top edge. The image of lipstick, in broken lines, protruding from the cylindrical tube is to demonstrate how the mark is applied to the goods, and is not a feature of the mark. The color silver chrome appears on the bottom and two opposite side panels of the bottom square, on the flat square shaped platform, and on the cylindrical tube. The color matte white appears on two opposite side panels of the bottom square.
