the Chinese character that transliterates to "CHA" and translate into English as "TEA"
The mark consists of the five Chinese characters, and the fancy Chinese character-like symbol, which is a coined derivative of the Chinese character.
The first five Chinese characters transliterate in Mandarin to "Yi Yi Gao Shan Ai".
The English translation of the word mark translate generally to "Each and Every High Mountain Rock" (the term "Yi Yi" in Chinese is a collective term, meaning "each and every"). The last symbol is a parody of the Chinese word (which transliterates to "Cha" in Mandarin, and which means "tea") - it has the two "+" word parts on the top of the word for "Cha" each replaced by the Chinese symbol (which means "mountain"). Applicant believes that this coined Chinese character-like symbol cannot be found in a Chinese dictionary.
