The mark comprises the three dimensional configuration of the mobile audio components. The configuration is comprised of two wide, flat sides that are approximately perpendicular to the narrow front and back sides of the devices. At the end of each of the two wide, flat sides of the devices, there are three sections that are comprised of two segments having a 135 degree angle from the wide flat sides of the devices. The 135 degree angled sections are joined by another section that is perpendicular to the wide flat sides of the devices, such that the two shorter sides of the devices that join the two wide, flat sides of the devices are comprised of three sections that have a beveled appearance. The joint or point of contact between the 135 degree angled sections of sides and the wide, flat sides of the devices has a rounded or curved shape. The joint or point of contact between the 135 degree angled sections and the section of the sides that is perpendicular to the wide, flat sides of devices has an angular shape. The he wide, flat and rounded sides of the mobile audio components meet the narrow front and back sides of the devices at a 90 degree angle.
