The mark consists of a design of a frog having human characteristics, including standing erect, clothing, jewelry, shoes, a hat and sunglasses, and holding in its hands a paintbrush larger in size than the frog itself. Above the frog design appear the freshly painted words HIP HOPPA in stylized lettering. Under the frog design, in block print, appear the words HIP HOPPA DESIGNS. The letters "HH" appear on the pendant worn around the frog's neck, and on the frog's left shoe. The letter "H" appears on the frog's right shoe and represents the "HH" abbreviation as partially obscured by the frog's trouser.
