ART BY and INTERNATIONAL
The mark consist of a specimen that appears as an image of a figure with a partial body, showing a chest area, and wearing a jacket. The partial body has two arms. At the end of one arm (right arm), there appears a face where the hand should be located. The other arm, (left arm) shows no hand, but the arm rests on the figure's waist. Where the head should be located, there is no head, but instead there is a long cylindrical object. Circles of broken lines surround the cylindrical image floating in mid-air above the partial figure's neck area. The lines surround the area where the head should be and encase the long cylindrical figure inside. The circle lines are intentional broken lines. There are lines within the figure in the following areas, both arms, on the right and left sides of the jacket, and there are many small and detailed design lines depicted in the chest, arms and on both sides of the jacket area. The face at the tip of the right arm wears a sweater-type long cap, with stripped lines.
The stippling and lining, including what appears to be broken rounded and spherical-like lines are features of the mark.
The name(s), portrait(s), and/or signature(s) shown in the mark identifies, whose consent(s) to register is submitted.
