The mark is intended to be registered in color. A print of the mark in color is submitted herewith as Attachment A in which the word portion is in black, the caricature is in blue with purple outlining, wearing yellow glasses with purple outlining, an orange-colored vertical stripe with yellow outlining down the middle of the face, arms, body and legs, two yellow dots are centered on each side of the stripe in the blue portion of the body, the eye portion is white with purple centered dots and purple slanted lines across the top inside corners of the glasses, and the mouth is a purple- filled circle.
The stippling shown in the drawing is a feature of the mark and is not intended to indicate color. The colors black, blue, purple, yellow and orange are claimed as a feature of the mark.
