The mark consists of bands of human visible or night vision imaging system (NVIS) colors extending across the product catalog or other printed material to which the mark is applied. From one edge to the opposite edge of the printed material, the colors follow the sequence; blue; blue-green (NVIS green A); green (NVIS green B); white or blank space; yellow (NVIS yellow); amber (aviation yellow); orange-red (NVIS red); and red (aviation red). The white or blank space is intended to contain text and/or graphics. The rectangle shape shown in broken lines within the drawing represents the printed material to which the mark is applied, is shown only to illustrate the position of the mark on the printed materials, and is not claimed as part of the mark itself. Further, the drawing does not represent, and the mark is not limited to, any particular proportions for the color bands; instead, the drawing merely illustrates the relative placement and sequence of the color bands on the printed material, and is drawn to dimensions which clearly depict each band.
The lining in the drawing depicts these colors as follows: blue - horizontal lining; blue-green - both horizontal and left-to-right diagonal lining; green - left-to-right diagonal lining; white - no lining; yellow - both vertical and horizontal lining; amber - combined vertical, horizontal, left-to-right diagonal and right-to-left diagonal lining; orange - both left-to-right diagonal and right-to-left diagonal lining; and red -vertical lining.
