"H20"
The mark as shown is lined for color. However, for an accurate description of the color, the following is set forth: Specifically, the transition from "yellow" (top) to "orange" (at the bottom) in the letters "V", "I", "T", "A" and "L" is to be gradual. Unfortunately the U.S. P.T. O. rules do not provide for this indication so the foregoing is intended to supplement the actual drawing page. Additionally, the background design is intended to show water droplets in the color blue. To accurately show the water droplets, stippling has been used. However, to accurately indicate the color thereof, applicant annexes a drawing sheet showing the color of the background accurately. This separate drawing sheet is intended to be considered part of this application. The circle in which the "H20" is located is also shaded for blue, except it is intended to be a lighter shade of blue than that of the background blue.
