Beneath this box are two black-colored rectangular boxes. The larger circular design contains a representation of a son who is standing and is serving tea to his mother who is seated. There is Chinese calligraphy on the top halves of the circle. Additionally, there is calligraphy in small circles on either side of the larger circular design. Reading from right to left, the calligraphy on the top half of the circle transliterates into Cantonese as "Ging Do Neem Tzee Gyum Choon Buoy Pay Pa Go", and into Mandarin as "Jing Do Nean Tze Urn Choon Bai Pea Pa Gao". This calligraphy translates into English as "Capital City Remember and Honor Mother Cough Suppression Fruit Syrup". Reading from right to left, the calligraphy on the bottom half of the circle transliterates into Cantonese as "Cing Ying How Tchun Tao Wai Gay", and into Mandarin as "Ching Ying Shaou Tsing Tu Wai Gee". This calligraphy translates into English as "Please Remember Honor Relative Picture You Remember with Reverence". Reading from right to left, the calligraphy in the small circle on the right side of the larger circular design transliterates in to Cantonese as "Tcheu Tchok" and into Mandarin as "Joo Tchak", and translates into English as "Patent". Reading from right to left, the calligraphy in the small circle on the left side of the larger circular design transliterates into Cantonese as "Shurng Biu" and into Mandarin as "Shang Biau", and translates into English as "Trademark".
