36 The service mark is used as a representation of my real estate brokerage business The business includes assisting clients as their real estate broker in the purchase and sale of real estate and any related tasks which a licensed real estate broker would perform in providing these services I also assist buyers and sellers who are buying or selling a home themselves Here, the client does some of the work themselves with me acting as their real estate consultant Generally, I prepare all contracts and disclosures as well as provide any other real estate consulting advice which may be required to complete the purchase or sale also (sometimes) provide mortgage loans to my clients All my services to my clients are as a licensed real estate broker The service mark is used on business cards, stationary, brochures, web pages, and advertisements
